Registration Information for Exhibitors and Sponsors
The focus of Green Procurement Exposition & Conference Midwest is to showcase our exhibitors and show sponsors. The number of booths will be limited to a total of 215, and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We have designed the exhibition space for maximum exposure, including premium locations and island opportunities. Plus, luncheons and breaks will held be in the exhibit hall on both days to allow attendees the opportunity to eat, relax and work with exhibitors.

Exhibitor Fees include the following:
- A target audience of qualified procurement professionals for business and government
- Electronic list of all attendees 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after the show
- Two full registrations - includes admission to all education sessions, 2 lunches, 2 refreshment breaks. Additional booth personnel can be added for $175 each
- Inclusion in the Exhibitor Directory distributed to all attendees and posted on the show web site both pre & post event
- Booth outfitting including an 8 foot draped back wall, 3 foot side rails, and a two-line booth identification sign

To reserve the booth of your choice, download and complete the Exhibitor Contract Form. Then fax or mail it to us, along with your payment information, and we'll send you a confirmation. It's that easy!
After we receive your form, we will provide you with a Registration Code, which may be used to register your two complimentary conference attendees as well as any additional attendees at the reduced rate of $175.

Exhibitor Services
Regency Exposition Services is the official general service contractor for the exposition. They will provide exhibitor services such as advanced shipping; receiving and storage; material handling; labor; booth cleaning and renal of booth furnishings and carpeting. On-site Printed Program
The on-site and take-home reference guide covers all of the Green Procurement Exposition & Conference exhibitors, educational content, speakers and more. The program will be included in all attendee reusable shopping bags and will be both a handy guide to the daily activities on-site and a resource for post-show contact.

Ad Reproduction Requirements
Electronic Files: Preference is for Adobe Illustrator or InDesign for layout programs. Send all supporting program files used to create your ad (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, all printer and screen fonts). Do Not Use Microsoft Word, Power Point, Publisher or Excel for your ads.
Film: Offset negatives (NO positives), right-reading, emulsion down with blue-line or match-print. All color ads should be accompanied by a high-resolution color proof. Black and white ads should be accompanied by hard copy.
